About the role
Telecel Ghana is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Customer Insights team. You’ll turn raw data from across the business into clear answers and dashboards that drive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Run ad-hoc analyses for marketing, finance, and operations
- Collaborate with data engineering on data pipelines
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role
- Strong SQL and at least one of Python / R
- BSc in Statistics, Maths, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Excellent communication skills
