Do you guarantee I will be awarded a scholarship?
No — and any service that does is misleading you. The selection is decided by the scholarship committee, not us. We guarantee the work itself: a comprehensive search, expert document review, and on-time delivery. We have helped many people put together strong applications, but the final decision is always with the awarding body.
What if I am not eligible for any of the scholarships you find?
For our search service, we use your specific profile, field of study, and target countries. If we cannot find at least 5 strong matches, we offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours — usually faster on weekdays. We work across timezones, so international clients are welcome.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfer (via Paystack virtual account), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. International cards are processed at standard rates.
Will I be charged exactly what I see on the page?
You'll be charged the GHS amount shown. The local-currency estimate (e.g. ≈ ₦15,000) is based on today's exchange rate; your bank may apply a small conversion margin (typically 1–3%) when charging your card.
Can you help with scholarships outside Ghana?
Yes — and most of what we list is international. Chevening (UK), DAAD (Germany), Mastercard Foundation (multiple countries), MEXT (Japan), Erasmus+ (EU), Commonwealth, Fulbright, and many more. Our service works for anyone applying to global opportunities.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If we have not started the work, you get a full refund within 48 hours of payment. Once work has started, refunds are case-by-case but we always work to make things right. Specific refund details are spelled out in our Terms of Service.
