Overview
Chevening is the UK government’s international scholarships programme, fully funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and partner organisations. It offers full financial support for future leaders to study a one-year master’s degree at any UK university.

Eligibility
- Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country (Ghana included)
- Return to your country for at least two years after the scholarship
- Hold an undergraduate degree that meets UK university entry requirements
- Have at least two years (2,800 hours) of work experience
- Apply to three different eligible UK university courses

Applications open on the Chevening website (link below). The process includes an online application, two referees, and an interview at the British High Commission.
