Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

PalmPay is a leading Nigerian fintech serving 30+ million users with payments, transfers, and merchant services. The Growth Marketing Manager owns paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and growth experiments across PalmPay’s consumer and merchant products. Application deadline 31 July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Own consumer acquisition across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, influencer).
• Manage a multi-million dollar monthly performance budget with target CAC and LTV constraints.
• Run lifecycle campaigns (push, SMS, in-app, WhatsApp) for activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Partner with product, brand, and analytics teams on growth experiments.
• Report weekly to senior marketing and product leadership.

Requirements

• Five or more years of performance and lifecycle marketing experience.
• Track record managing seven-figure monthly budgets with measurable CAC and ROAS outcomes.
• Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppsFlyer or Adjust, and at least one lifecycle platform (Braze, MoEngage, OneSignal).
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and at least one BI tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to have

• Prior fintech or super-app growth experience.
• Familiarity with Nigerian consumer media landscape.
• Background in marketing analytics or experimentation.
