Salary is set according to the national Swedish scale for PhD positions.

Supervisor: Prof. Nathaniel Street, a leading researcher in conifer genomics and forest tree functional biology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply experimental approaches to validate regulatory element function in conifer genomes.
  • Perform high-throughput molecular biology experiments including CRISPR editing and reporter assays.
  • Analyse sequencing data from ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and RNA-seq experiments.
