About the Role
World Vision International is hiring a Cash Academy Program Coordinator to manage the delivery and ongoing improvement of the DMT Cash Academy, a global training programme for humanitarian professionals in Cash and Voucher Programming. The position is based in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, and works with learners, faculty, and mentors across multiple world regions. The deadline to apply is 16 June 2026.
The role is classified as a fixed-term local employee contract. Both local Tanzanian candidates and international applicants are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage training schedules, learner application processes, and enrollment systems for the Cash Academy
- Design and update digital course modules using e-learning platforms and facilitation tools
- Track learner progress, coordinate with faculty and mentors, and provide student support throughout the programme cycle
- Maintain documentation and knowledge management systems for all academy activities
- Organize graduation ceremonies and compile final programme reports
- Coordinate with global humanitarian teams to keep content current with evolving CVP practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Education, Social Sciences, or a closely related field
- Minimum five years of experience in humanitarian or development work
- At least two years of hands-on experience in Cash and Voucher Programming and food assistance
- Demonstrated expertise in developing digital learning content
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in French or Arabic for multi-region learner support
- Experience with specific e-learning platform tools (Moodle, Articulate, or similar)
- Background coordinating training programmes across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with World Vision’s humanitarian programming standards
