Bocconi University Merit Scholarship 2027

Overview

Bocconi University in Milan, one of Europe’s top business and economics schools, offers Merit Scholarships and Tuition Waivers to incoming Bachelor and Masters international students. The Merit Scholarship covers up to 100 percent of tuition for top-ranking admitted students. The Bocconi International Award (offered through the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs partnership) covers tuition plus a EUR 12,000 annual contribution for students from select developing countries. The 2027 cycle closes 25 January 2027 for the main international round.

Eligibility

• Non-EU and non-Italian citizen (for the main International Merit track).

• Strong secondary school results (Bachelor applicants) or undergraduate honours (Masters applicants).
• Strong English proficiency.
• For the Bocconi International Award: citizen of a country on the OECD DAC list (most of Africa qualifies).

How to apply

1. Apply for admission to your chosen Bocconi Bachelor or Masters programme through the Bocconi online application.
2. In the application, indicate your interest in the Merit Scholarship and the Bocconi International Award where eligible.
3. Submit financial documentation if applying for the Bocconi International Award.
4. Submit before 25 January 2027 for the main international round.
5. Admission and scholarship decisions arrive together between March and April 2027 for September 2027 entry.
