Senior Product Manager

About the role

Reliance Health is a Lagos-headquartered digital health company offering affordable health insurance plans plus telemedicine, lab services, and pharmacy delivery across Nigeria, Egypt, and Senegal. The Senior Product Manager owns a major product surface (member app, employer dashboard, provider tooling, or claims). Application deadline 15 August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Own a product surface end-to-end: roadmap, prioritisation, specs, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Partner daily with engineering, design, clinical, operations, and growth teams.
• Define and report on product KPIs (active members, claims rate, NPS, provider satisfaction).
• Conduct customer research with members, providers, and employers across multiple African markets.
• Drive A/B experiments and feature gating.

Requirements

• Four to six years of product management experience, with at least two years owning a healthcare, insurance, or services product.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL and at least one analytics tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker).
• Working knowledge of healthcare workflows (claims, prior authorisation, provider networks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Authorisation to work in Nigeria.

Nice to have

• Prior in-house experience at a health insurer, hospital, or digital health platform.
• Clinical background (MBBS, BSN, public health).
• MBA or Masters.
