Senior Product Manager

About the role

Trella is a freight technology platform connecting shippers with carriers across the MENA region, headquartered in Cairo with operations across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. The Senior Product Manager owns a major product surface (shipper app, carrier app, dispatch console, or pricing). Application deadline 31 July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Own a product surface end-to-end: roadmap, prioritisation, specs, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Partner daily with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams.
• Define and report on product KPIs (booking conversion, completion rate, on-time delivery, NPS).
• Conduct discovery with shippers, carriers, and dispatch operators across the region.
• Drive A/B experiments and feature gating.

Requirements

• Four to six years of product management experience, with at least two years in logistics, marketplace, or operations-heavy product.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL and at least one analytics tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker).
• Demonstrated track record of shipping product to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic an asset.
• Authorisation to work in Egypt.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a marketplace, logistics, or supply chain platform.
• MBA or technical degree from a top school.
• Familiarity with freight, customs, or trade operations.
