Product Analyst, Vodafone Ghana

About the role
Vodafone Ghana is hiring a Product Analyst to support the consumer digital and mobile money (Vodafone Cash) product teams. The role works at the intersection of data, product, and customer experience for one of Ghana’s top three mobile operators. Application deadline 15 July 2026.
Responsibilities
- Analyse product usage data and propose feature changes that lift active user counts and transaction values.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau used daily by product managers and senior leadership.
- Run A/B tests for new features on the Vodafone Ghana mobile app and Vodafone Cash USSD service.
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and CX teams to define KPIs and reporting cadences.
- Present insight summaries to senior leadership in monthly product reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Three or more years of analytics experience, ideally in telecoms, fintech, or consumer internet.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Nice to have
- Python or R proficiency for ad-hoc analyses.
- Experience with Vodafone Cash, MTN MoMo, AirtelTigo Money, or other mobile money platforms.
- Background in customer experience or NPS analytics.
