Holland Scholarship 2027
A partial scholarship from Dutch Ministry of Education and participating Dutch universities, based in Netherlands.
Overview
The Holland Scholarship is a EUR 5,000 first-year grant for international students from outside the European Economic Area who want to study at a Dutch research university or university of applied sciences. It is offered jointly by the Dutch Ministry of Education and around 50 participating Dutch institutions. The 2027 cycle closes 1 February 2027 (institution-specific dates may vary by a few weeks).
