Eligibility
- Holding (or expecting) admission to the LBS MBA programme.
- African citizen OR with demonstrated long-term professional commitment to Africa.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
- Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience (LBS average is around 5 years).
- GMAT or GRE.
- For the Mastercard Foundation track: African citizen, demonstrated financial need, return-to-Africa commitment.
How to apply
- Apply for admission to the LBS MBA through the LBS online application portal.
- In the application, indicate your interest in Africa-focused scholarships and complete the relevant essays.
- For the Mastercard Foundation track: complete the additional financial declaration and return-to-Africa commitment.
- Submit before 30 April 2027 for September 2027 entry (earlier rounds also available).
- Scholarship decisions are typically released alongside admission decisions.
