POSTECH is a private research university in Pohang, South Korea, specialised in science and technology. The POSTECH Graduate International Scholarship funds Masters and PhD international students in engineering, science, and computer science. Around 100 international graduate students per cycle. Eligibility
- Non-Korean citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters applicants) or Masters degree (PhD applicants) from a recognised institution.
- Strong academic record (top 10 percent of graduating class preferred).
- English proficiency: TOEFL 79+ or IELTS 6.5+; native speakers exempt. Most programmes are English-taught.
- Aged under 30 (Masters) or under 35 (PhD).

- Apply for admission: academic transcripts, English certificate, two recommendation letters, statement of purpose, research interest statement.
